In terms of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2019 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, any grievance or complaint may be intimated to Suhail Vadgaokar, Grievance Officer, who may be reached at E-21, Deep Vihar Rohini Sec-24, Delhi-110042, India. The complaint shall be redressed within a period of 1 (one) month.
A. Collection of Your Personal Information
1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION “Personal information” is defined to include information that whether on its own or in combination with other information may be used to readily identify or contact you such as name, address, email address, phone number, etc.
We collect personal information from Service Professionals offering their products and services. This information is partially or completely accessible to all visitors using Delhi Daily Service’s website or mobile application, either directly or by submitting a request for a service. Service Professionals and customers are required to create an account to be able to access certain portions of our Website, such as to submit questions, participate in polls or surveys, to request a quote, to submit a bid in response to a quote, and request information.
Mobile Application Data Collection (Location and Phone Number): If you use the DDS Partner mobile application as a Service Professional, we require specific device permissions to facilitate our core services and ensure smooth operations:
Phone Number: We collect and verify your phone number for secure account login, identity verification, and to facilitate direct communication between you and the Customers for service fulfillment.
Location Data: We collect precise location data (including background location) to accurately assign nearby appliance repair and home service jobs to you, provide navigation to customer addresses, and allow the platform to track service arrival times. This data is essential for the real-time functioning of our service distribution system. This sensitive personal data is transmitted securely to our servers, is strictly used to provide and improve the Delhi Daily Service platform, and is not sold to any third-party marketing agencies.
Consumers: During the Account registration process and during your usage of Delhi Daily Service’s website or application, we will collect information such as your name, postal code, telephone email address, and other personal information. You also may provide us with your mailing address, and demographic information. We may also collect personal information that you post in your Offer, Profile, Wants, or Feedback.
Service Professionals: If you are a Service Professional and would like to post any information about yourself, we will require you to register for an Account. During the Account registration process, we will collect your business name, telephone number, address, zip code, travel preferences, a description of your services, a headline for your profile, first and last name, and email address. We also may collect payment information.
Background Verification: The Service Professional acknowledges that as part of the on-boarding process, the Company or an entity/agency appointed or nominated by the Company (“Verifier”), may undertake background verification checks. The Service Professional expressly consents to: i) Delhi Daily Service sharing the Service Professional’s personal information and documents, including but not limited to name, gender, date of birth, addresses, mobile number, email, education record, employment record, Aadhaar number, other government-issued IDs such as Voter ID, PAN card, driving license, etc. (collectively “Proprietary Information”) with the Verifier for the purpose of background checks. ii) Authorizing the Verifier to securely store Proprietary Information on their platform. iii) Acknowledging that the digital record shall be accessible to Delhi Daily Service. iv) Acknowledging the right to edit/delete the digital record by contacting the Verifier. v) Delhi Daily Service reserving the right to take appropriate actions based on the verification outcome.
Delhi Daily Service reserves the right to record the conversations between service professionals and consumers facilitated by Delhi Daily Service through the messaging/chat mechanism or the calls made through the virtual numbers to safeguard privacy, resolve disputes, and monitor abuse.
2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES You may log into our Website through your Facebook account. We will ask that you grant us permission to access and collect your Facebook basic information. Facebook controls the information it collects from you; please consult Facebook's privacy policy for details.
3. COLLECTION OF AUTOMATIC INFORMATION, USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING DEVICES We and our third-party service providers use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about your use of our Website and Services (browser type, IP address, device ID). We use this for Website analytics, fraud prevention, and evaluating advertising campaigns.

Details at http://www.zapr.in/privacy/ b. You may opt out of RBL Services via their privacy link. c. RBL does not collect any personally identifiable information from your mobile device. d. RBL tracks certain data (device-type, language, GPS if permitted).
B. How Delhi Daily Service Uses the Information We Collect

Provide Services, verify identity, and enable Website/App usage.
Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.

Improve and maintain our Website/Services and troubleshoot issues.

C. Electronic Newsletters, Invitations, Polls and Surveys
Delhi Daily Service may offer free services such as Electronic Newsletters, "Send to a Friend" forwarding, Polling, and user Surveys. Participation is optional, and users can opt out of mailing lists at any time. Survey data is aggregated and individual responses are not shared with third parties.

TO THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS: With vendors for business operations (e.g., credit card processing). They do not receive rights to use your data beyond providing the specified service. 3. IN FURTHERANCE OF YOUR REQUEST: Requests may be shared with third-party websites to provide maximum exposure. 4. TO OTHER USERS: Service Professional information (excluding payment info) and consumer request details (name, location) may be visible to other platform users to facilitate bidding and service connection. 5. IN CHANGE OF CONTROL OR BANKRUPTCY: If Delhi Daily Service merges, is acquired, or goes bankrupt, information may be transferred to the Successor or third parties. 6. AT YOUR REQUEST: With other Registered Users when you explicitly ask us to share it for service fulfillment.
Warranty & Liability Disclaimer Policy
1. Role of Delhi Daily Service (Platform as an Intermediary): Delhi Daily Service operates exclusively as a marketplace and mediation platform. Our primary function is to connect independent service professionals ("Technicians") with consumers ("Customers"). Delhi Daily Service does not directly employ the Technicians, nor do we act as the principal service provider. 2. Independent Technician Warranty: Any warranty, guarantee, or promise of post-service support provided to the Customer is strictly and solely offered by the independent Technician who performed the work. Delhi Daily Service does not issue, underwrite, or guarantee any warranties for the services rendered or the spare parts utilized. 3. Limitation of Liability: In the event that a Technician fails, refuses, or is unable to honor their provided warranty or rectify a service issue, Delhi Daily Service shall bear no legal, financial, or operational responsibility. Customers acknowledge that any claims, disputes, or demands regarding service quality, damages, or unfulfilled warranties must be directed exclusively toward the specific Technician. 4. Invoicing and Payment Facilitation: Any bill, invoice, or receipt generated and issued through Delhi Daily Service is provided strictly for the purpose of payment facilitation, record-keeping, and platform usage. The issuance of a bill bearing the Delhi Daily Service name or logo does not constitute an assumption of liability, nor does it establish Delhi Daily Service as the primary service provider. 5. Indemnification: By utilizing the platform to book a service, the Customer agrees to hold Delhi Daily Service, its owners, and its affiliates harmless from any legal actions, claims, damages, or losses arising from the performance, negligence, or default of the independent Technicians.
